Today we went and looked for dogs at the animal shelters for a friendly,male,medium sized, short-haired dog for daddy .Dad decided to make up for a previously lost pet named Jake(died of old age).Yesterday we went to 6 places looking for a dog that dad found meeting his expectations.All that work and dad didn't find one he liked.Today when we went to 3 places and the 3rd place we found The Dog.He was named Bobby and we adopted him from a lady who rescued him.Bobby is brown and white with scars on nose from where other dogs have picked on him.He is really skinny.The woman said other dogs always stole his food and that he has doubled weight since rescued.He really loves Beaux's food and ate 2 bowls when we offered him the food.Beaux has become jealous he has to share food.Bobby is really skittish.

Port Hudson

At Port Hudson a cannon accidently shot a tree down in two pieces.We jogged over there and saw a huge whole in it.I also tried biscuits,and sasuage cooked over fire.It was deliocious.We also learned the game of town ball.
